Wang Quanmei (1898-1925), a deputy to the first National Congress of the Communist Party of China and one of the founders of the Shandong Communist Party. Formerly known as Ruijun, the word Zhaozhai, Ju County, Shandong Province (now belongs to Zhucheng) Zhigou Town Dabei Xing Village people.He was admitted to Jinan Provincial normal University in 1918. During the school, he participated in organizing and organizing the Society for encouraging New students, and edited the semimonthly magazine of "Lixin". In September 1920, Wang Quanmei set up a society for the study of Marx's theory, and then organized and set up a group of the Communist Party. In July 1921, Wang Quanmei and Deng Enming represented the Shandong Communist Party group to attend the National Congress of the Communist Party of China. In February 1923, Wang Yuanmei returned to his hometown and was in charge of the work of the party organization in Shandong, hosting the Morning Bell, Modern Youth, Ten days and other newspapers and periodicals. In November 1924, the local committee of Shandong Province of the Communist Party of China was established, and Wang Quanmei was elected secretary. In early 1925, Wang Quanmei went to Qingdao to lead the workers' movement and the National Assembly movement.On August 19, 1925, he died of illness due to overwork in Qingdao at the age of 27.
