I. Party Building work: change and Development

Zhongyu always firmly believes in the leadership of the Communist Party of China and deeply implements the Party's call. To carry out the "three upper" model of party building at the grass-roots level, the CPC Zhi structure Town Committee issued the party flag for Zhongyu Science and Technology.

II.Second, the output value of sales volume: striving for progress in the midst of stability

Zhongyu is expected to overperform its business tasks in 2016, an increase of about 40% over the same period last year.

III. Cost investment: fine management

Compared with 2015, wages, overseas exhibition fees, processing fees, procurement and freight, sales freight, consumables, electricity and other costs are higher. Handling fees, office expenses and other expenses are reduced.

IV. Product system: optimization and Innovation

In 2016, Zhongyu's product system was adjusted to five major product systems: breeder feeding system, broiler feeding system, heating system, environmental control system and duck feeding system. 
In the aspect of product optimization: Zhongyu has improved the breeder chain feeding system and the rooster plate feeding system. The newly developed products of Zhongyu in 2016 are: automatic egg laying boxes for chickens, automatic egg laying boxes for ducks, and material trays in the broiler feeding system.

V. Construction: make new achievements

First of all, it is the talent strategy, and secondly, it is the key projects of the technical department team and the construction and improvement of Zhongyu science laboratory, and listed in Qilu equity trading center, as well as the establishment of European agricultural and animal husbandry equipment Chinese marketing headquarters in Zhongyu.

VI. Love and Welfare: the Culture of the Family

 For a long time, Zhongyu has paid industrial injury insurance fees for its employees in addition to the three statutory insurances. in 2016, Zhongyu Love Fund helped more than 300 employees, provided caring grants to students with children in their families, and sent birthday cakes to 84 elderly people. We invite domestic and foreign experts to Zhongyu every year to provide industry knowledge training for our employees. At the same time, we also take the initiative to visit and study abroad.

Work plan for 2017

Zhongyu will closely revolve around "one center, two basic points", that is, profit as the center, technology and finance as the two basic points. The specific work is as follows:

I. Party Building work: pay close attention to implementation

There are 2 recruiting party members, 3 probationary members and 10 party members. Transfer three members of the party organization to the relationship between the party and the party. Strive for one party member in every department.

Our profit target for 2017 is expected to increase sales by 49.99% over last year, making a specific market layout.

III. Third, fine management and reduction of expenses.

The work plans of the sales service department, after-sales service department, installation service department, international trade department, technical service center, financial security center, production operation center and asset management center of the market operation center were reported respectively.

IV. Product system: mainly based on poultry level raising system

Put forward five major systems + two major innovation plans.

V. Construction

We will continue to improve laboratories, apply for high-tech enterprises, and establish a China-EU strategic alliance for modern agricultural and animal husbandry equipment innovation.

VI. Love and welfare

On the employee's birthday, customize the birthday cake for the employee. The implementation of the annual leave system, the length of service of more than three years, no major violations of discipline employees can apply for seven days of annual leave, and can be superimposed with four days of rotation each month.
