Technological principle：

The pretreatment of compost materials was carried out, and the raw materials such as livestock and poultry manure were fully mixed with auxiliary materials such as straw powder through the premix machine to adjust the quality, and the fermentation bacteria were added in proportion to reduce the water content of the materials. Then the mixed materials are stacked in the fermentation tank of the solar compost fermentation workshop for aerobic fermentation. The solar workshop has good light transmission and heat preservation characteristics, coupled with the mandatory large-span trough flipping machine and the trough bottom pipeline ventilation and aeration, the general compost can be decomposed in 20-30 days to achieve harmless requirements. The odor produced in the fermentation process (mainly ammonia and hydrogen sulfide gas) is treated by a separate end wet curtain spray deodorization system, and at the same time, the water vapor generated in the fermentation process is discharged outdoors, reducing the condensation water accumulation problem in the solar workshop, especially in the winter, so that the fermentation effect is better. After 15-20 days of secondary aging, the fermented material can be processed and sold as finished organic fertilizer.
